Required Skills:
Data Infrastructure Specialist, Global Partnerships & Content Responsibilities:
1. Collaborate with business stakeholders, insights and engineering partners to understand and decompose business requirements into data models and technical solutions
2. Directly contribute to the development of our data warehouse/data-mart through data management, data architecture, and data governance best practices and thought leadership
3. Define and manage SLAs for data sets
4. Design and develop complex data models to support multiple use cases across different products or domains
5. Design and optimize pipelines, dashboards, frameworks, and systems based across different business units (e.g., data quality, metadata management)
6. Work collaboratively in a relationship-oriented, matrixed, fluid, growing and complex environment and effectively manage stakeholder relationships and influence engineering teams
Minimum Qualifications:

7. 3 years experience in hands-on technical analytics role gathering and decomposing requirements into a technical solution for insights and analysis as a primary job function
8. 3 years experience following the data development lifecycle to develop scalable data infrastructure and analytics tools
9. 3 years experience in custom ETL/ELT design, implementation, and maintenance as a primary job function
10. Experience with SQL for development (Oracle, Hive, MySQL, Spark, etc.)
11. Experience with building dimensional models/data modeling
12. Experience leading projects with cross-functional stakeholders in a highly matrixed organization
13. Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously and working autonomously in a fast-paced ambiguous environment

14. Experience with data integrations and ingestion (e.g., SFTP, APIs, etc)
15. Experience with Experience developing data pipelines using scripting, dbt, Airflow, or similar tools
16. Experience managing and optimizing big data pipelines

18. Experience with media, music, or entertainment industry
Public Compensation:
$104,000/year to $146,000/year bonus equity benefits
