As Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for executing critical operational support across Executive Engagement programming inclusive of LinkedIn customer communities, briefings, sponsorships, and hospitality programs. The role will enable high touch engagements targeting priority customer accounts to grow LTS mindshare with key executive decision makers delivering commercial outcomes.

In the role, you will partner effectively with both internal and external partners, and a wide range of external agencies and vendors. You will work closely with the team to execute immersive and groundbreaking programs that complement LTS business priorities and narratives, and meet the market’s high expectations of the LinkedIn brand. This is a high-profile position that requires exceptional business acumen and presence, as well as stellar communication skills. The ideal candidate also needs to be able to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and comfortable pivoting as necessary in real-time.

Responsibilities:

Managing external communications (emails, website, etc.) as related to the programs;

Managing internal communication (emails, calendaring, Sharepoint, shared inbox, etc.) with internal stakeholders and teams as related to the programs;

Membership/list management account planning in partnership with x-functional partners;

Build and report on success metrics and program tracking ensuring ROI;

Program execution support including tracking registration, managing invitations processes,;

Partner with sales, marketing operations and agency partners;

Assist leaders as needed pre/during/post events

In partnership with program leads and external agencies, support speaker prep, and manage travel and rehearsal schedules, advance filming logistics, oversee on-site rehearsal schedule and speaker logistics if applicable

Work closely with the team, cross-functional workstream owners and external partners to ensure the teams are working efficiently and effectively to meet deadlines and deliverables

Basic qualifications:

1 years professional experience (including internships and/or professional roles while in school)

Preferred qualifications:

Experience with CRM and O365 systems (e.g. Salesforce.com, Dynamics)

Understanding of sales organizations and drivers

Strong troubleshooting skills and resourcefulness

Willingness to execute at all levels of management as needed

Exceptional business acumen and professional presence

Positive, can do mentality and comfort with ambiguity

Proven ability to deliver value and drive projects forward and through to completion

Stellar written and verbal communication

Comfortable working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment managing multiple priorities

Highly collaborative

LinkedIn is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. The pay range for this role is [$63,000 to $90,000]. Actual compensation packages are based on several factors that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, depth of experience, certifications, and specific office location. This may be different in other locations due to differences in the cost of labor.
