Required Skills:
Product Systems Validation Lead Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for rapidly building and iterating polished high-fidelity prototypes and development platforms that bring new ideas to life by expressing design intent and user experience, using the best and most appropriate tools and techniques for the task.
2. Responsible for delivering results from multiple areas of the product stack including systems integration functional testing, EE/PD/FW functional testing, and new feature testing.
3. Work across multiple domains including: SoC, memory, high-speed interfaces power, audio, display, camera, RF, and power management.
4. Organize validation efforts efficiently and report status to the team.
5. Define and provide verification infrastructures.
6. Plan and track of validation tasks.
7. Work to ensure alignment of validation and characterization plans by closely working with product teams such as Systems Integration Leads and EE/PD/FW design teams.
8. Review, analyze, and report verification results to provide expert root cause and corrective action support to resolve any issues found.
9. Track validation progress, present data, draft whitepapers, and represent status at milestone reviews.
10. Manage interaction with third party test labs and contract manufacturing partners.
11. Participate in design reviews and make recommendations to support validation strategy.
12. Debug and analyze issues found during verification phases.
Minimum Qualifications:

Requires a Master’s degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Information Systems, or related field and two years of work experience in job offered or in a validation engineering or electrical engineering-related occupation. Requires two years of experience in the following:
14. 1. Consumer electronics or related fields, with understanding of overall hardware system architecture common to consumer electronics products
15. 2. System development and verification testing methods and concepts for full-stack systems validation of devices
16. 3. Scripting and automation, Python or C/C programming
17. 4. Setting up, handling stability test racks and test campaign
18. 5. Coexistence and stress rack testing
19. 6. Interacting with test equipment vendors and knowledge of state-of-the-art test equipment
20. 7. Managing lab equipment selection and budgeting to support next-generation interface protocols.

$251,302/year to $276,870/year bonus equity benefits
