Job Title: Control Panel Technician
Job Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented Electrical Equipment Tester with experience in the electrical field, particularly in panel building and testing of electrical equipment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for testing 600-volt battery backup enclosures to ensure functionality, durability, and troubleshoot any issues that arise. This project role is scheduled to work through the end of February 2025 and will likely extend longer. If you have PLC and automation skills, there will be an opportunity to transition into a level 2 role with some editing, modification, and schematic design.
Hard Skills
Panel building – electrical box setup and electrical testing
Testing 600V batteries for functionality and durability
Reading electrical schematics
PLC editing and modification
Panel design experience (preferred)
Soft Skills
Detail-oriented
Ability to troubleshoot issues
Willingness to learn and be taught testing procedures
Open to 15-30% travel for installs and troubleshooting systems
Work Site
This is a fully on-site position in Wilsonville, Oregon.
