Job Title: Team Lead

Job Description

Main Responsibilities:

• Executes the production plan through directing a team of production assemblers. Accountable for meeting daily/weekly production output.

• Drives a safety-first culture within the team and leads by example.

• Facilitates training for the production assembly team, provides supervision and guidance to production assemblers as required.

• Communicates progress updates and manages troubleshooting across teams and functional areas.

• Maintains an organized work area (6S) to include workstations, equipment, and walkways.

• Participates and contributes to continuous improvement projects to drive efficiency.

• Maintains a positive team morale with an open atmosphere of teamwork and cooperation.

• Acts as the subject expert for assembly processes.

• Maintains punctual, regular, and predictable attendance; works collaboratively in a team environment with a spirit of cooperation.

• Respectfully takes direction from the Cell Leader and other duties as assigned.

Hard Skills

Ability to read and interpret engineered drawings and diagrams

Experience with hand tools and small power tools

Knowledge of SAP and ERP systems

Soft Skills

Ability to lead and supervise a small group

Good communication skills

Ability to motivate and build team morale

Job Type

This position could be a Contract – to – Hire position OR a Direct Placement opportunity.

Work Site

This is a fully on-site position in Hillsboro, Oregon.
