The CI Sr. Program Manager is responsible for overseeing, coordinating, and executing various initiatives under a common objective supporting a program(s) to ensure alignment with Providences mission and the business goals of the program(s). This position will be responsible for implementing strategic operational methodologies and processes. It requires extensive collaboration with CI leaders and teams, as well as IS and enterprise-level service providers to effectively meet strategic objectives. This position requires a high degree of accountability and self-direction, requiring the ability to interface collaboratively with various teams to ensure alignment with and achievement of the CI leadership team’s desired outcomes.

Required Qualifications:

Bachelors Degree in Nursing, Clinical, Informatics, Public Health Administration, Healthcare Administration, Business or other related healthcare field or equivalent educ/experience

8 years of related experience

Preferred Qualifications:

Masters Degree – Clinical or equivalent educ/experience

Upon hire: Informatics certifications or credentialing (may be equivalent for up to 2 years of experience for this position at the hiring manger’s discretion)

3 years of demonstrated ability to create and successfully execute strategic plans for highly complex issues

3 years of experience in areas of program and project management including multiple project integration

Experience in leading continuous improvement initiatives, utilizing methodologies such as Lean, Six Sigma, or Kaizen to drive efficiency and effectiveness

Demonstrated strong communication and interpersonal skills with experience in engaging stakeholders, leading cross-functional teams, developing teams, and fostering effective collaboration across all organizational levels

Proven ability to serve as a dynamic change agent and a positive role model, leading both operational changes and people effectively while championing a collaborative work environment that enhances caregiver engagement and satisfaction, promoting a positive, supportive, and inclusive culture
