PURPOSE OF POSITION This is an entry level position. The purpose of Food
Handler Position is to get food and beverages quickly and safely to our
guests while keeping our standards of a happy, healthy, and efficient
environment. REPORTS TO Food Services Director SPECIFIC JOB
REQUIREMENTS – Friendly and appropriate customer interaction is
important – Previous food service experience is helpful – Flexible work
availability for weekends and holiday weeks – Able to lift and carry
25-50 lbs, stand for long periods of time JOB DUTIES AND
RESPONSIBILITIES – Prepare and serve food to guests in a safe and
efficient manor in a high pace environment – Assure presentation and
cleanliness standards are withheld in all aspects of the kitchen and
dining area – Maintain proper food temperatures for hot and cold
holding – Maintain clean cooking equipment, including deep-fat fryers,
stove top, holding equipment and ovens – Stock, rotate and maintain dry
storage, refrigerators, freezers, and salad bars – Clean and maintain
kitchen, serving line and laundry areas, including floors and walls –
Have a complete knowledge of all the food and beverage products offered
in the restaurant – Reporting to work in ample time in proper uniform
and neatly groomed for the start of your shift DATES OF EMPLOYMENT
December to mid-April 7AM-3PM l 10AM-5PM
