Crisdel Group, Inc. is seeking an energetic Assistant Project Manager for civil construction with 3 years of field experience to join our expanding team. Job requirements, responsibilities and qualifications for this position include, but are not limited to:

JOB REQUIREMENTS & RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Provide job support and assistance to the Project Manager and Project Superintendent.
  • Prepare submittals and RFI’s
  • Perform plan sheet quantity take-offs for materials.
  • Create Purchase Orders for material purchases.
  • Review, code and approve material invoices.
  • Ensure that utility mark-outs are completed and updated as required.
  • Perform field measurements and track quantities for job costing and QC/QA purposes.
  • Work with foreman to ensure proper coding is being utilized on daily cost reports/time cards.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering or construction management.
  • 3 years of experience with the following civil construction activities:
    • Asphalt Paving
    • Utility Work (Water, Gas, Electric)
    • Storm Drainage
    • Concrete Work
    • Site Work
    • Bridge Work
  • Ability to interact and communicate effectively, verbally and written, with owners, co-workers, suppliers and subcontractors
  • Must be self motivated and have the ability to multitask and work on multiple projects at the same time.
  • Ability to adapt and learn a variety of computer applications.
  • Posses analytical and problem solving skills
  • Be detail orientated
  • Be able to complete required duties in a fast-paced environment within stated deadlines.
