Job Description

Our client is a manufacturing company located in Ridgway, PA, specializing in a full array of powdered metal coatings for nearly any industrial application. They support powdered metal coating for several industries such as automotive, heavy truck and trailer, appliance and HVAC, wind/solar, general industrial, and aerospace/defense. They are seeking candidates to join their team as general production workers at both of their facilities in Ridgway, PA.

Hard Skills

Loading parts from containers to line

Visual inspection of coated parts

Unloading of parts from fixtures

Maintaining lot control integrity

Reporting any part or coating defects

Reporting any abnormalities of spray line operation

Assisting in setup or changeover of spray lines

Assisting other spray line operators

Assisting in training of new personnel

Workspace housekeeping and cleanliness

Adherence to company policies

Loading parts into customer supplied containers

Loading boxes onto skids

This is a Contract-to-Hire position with a duration of 5 Month(s).

Work Site

This is a fully on-site position in Ridgway, Pennsylvania.

Work Environment

Ridgway, PA Facility:
– Manufacturing environment with good production flow
– Older facility
– Can be loud and dirty at times
– Not climate controlled

Bootjack, PA Facility:
– Clean and organized
– Climate controlled
– Newer facility
– Manufacturing environment with production lines

Dress Code: T-shirt, jeans, and steel toes are REQUIRED
