Acara Solutions seeks for a Software Engineer to work Onsite for our client in Archbald, PA.

Heres what youll do:

Applicant will be responsible for designing, coding, testing and integrating LabVIEW and TestStand applications for Automated Test Systems (ATE).
Contribute to software requirements, design, code, reviews, and test of ATE.
Corrects program errors, prepares operating instructions, compiles documentation of program development, and analyzes system capabilities to resolve questions of program intent, output requirements, input data acquisition, programming techniques, and controls.
We are developing test software to test CCAs with FPGAs and multiple serial communication protocols such as Ethernet, RS485, RS422, SPI, I2C, RS232, 1553, CAN. We are seeking assistance in developing test software for several of these protocols.
Our test equipment is Windows OS and PXI instrumentation based.
Our Interface Test Adapters (ITAs) are in the detailed design/fabrication phase.
The SW developer would work under the guidance of our lead software developer.

Pay : 45.00 /Hr
Hours: 4/10A-1st Shift
Length: Contract (12 months)

Job Requirements

Required Skills / Qualifications:
Bachelors Degree
Minimum of 2 years experience in LabVIEW
Minimum of 2 years experience in Test Stand
Minimum of 3 years experience as a Software Engineer
Minimum of 2 years experience in Read Electrical Schematics

Preferred Skills / Qualifications:
Minimum of 2 years experience in Hardware Integration.
Minimum of 2 years experience in Programming.
Good oral and written communication skills required as is the ability to flex and adapt in a fast-paced team environment.
Good presentation skills.

Additional Information:
Upon offer of employment, the individual will be subject to a background check and a drug screen.
