Production Control Assistant

Archbald, PA

Contract Position

Responsibilities:

– Serve as the hardware representative on the shop floor, overseeing the flow of work orders and coordinating production tasks.
– Release, prioritize, and expedite work orders, ensuring smooth production operations and communication across multiple functions.
– Monitor production capacity and key performance indicators, including on-time starts and idle work orders.
– Maintain accurate records of inventory, production schedules, and units shipped.
– Prepare and manage shop orders, review stock records, and update inventory statuses as required.
– Utilize SAP and Microsoft Excel for data entry and reporting.

Qualifications:

– Education: Bachelors Degree required.
– Technical Skills: Experience with Microsoft Excel and SAP software.
– Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
