Job Description:

What Youll Be Doing:

Research, develop, and implement new system hardware and software integrations/upgrades while applying security best practices

Recommend, demonstrate, and implement technologies to help expand, upgrade, and increase efficiencies to the current environment

Create and maintain technical instructions, operating procedures

Monitor and troubleshoot application functionality and performance

Investigate user performance and work to improve user experience

Respond to support requests and assist users with Tier 3 incident resolution

Identify, analyze, and resolve system incidents with both short-term workarounds and long-term solutions

Provide remote end user support

What Required Skills Youll Bring:

An understanding of SQL and SQL queries

Networking (Layer 2/3 routing/switching, firewalls/security policies)

PKI / FICAM CSEIP – (Certified System Engineer ICAM PACS) Certification Desired

Automated Access Control Systems

Intrusion Detection Systems

Technical writing

Linux experience

Basic knowledge/understanding of computer programming

Minimum Clearance Required to Start:

Secret

Salary Range:

$50.10 – $87.69
