Job Title: Electrical Assembler/Electrical Apprentice

Job Description

We are looking for 15 electrical assemblers/electrical apprentices to join our team. No experience in the electrical field is required, but candidates must be willing to learn and work hands-on in the trade. No interview is needed for these positions; just a simple lockdown (IOI). There are two start dates available: October 14 and October 21.

This is a Contract-to-Hire position with a duration of 5 Month(s).

Work Site

This is a fully on-site position in Ruther Glen, Virginia.

Work Environment

Pre-fab environment with heating but no air conditioning. The work schedule is five days a week, consisting of four 10-hour shifts and one 8-hour shift, totaling a minimum of 48 hours per week. The hours are Monday to Thursday from 5:30 AM to 4 PM and Friday from 5:30 AM to 2 PM. Personal protective equipment (PPE) is required, including steel-toed boots, a hard hat, a safety vest, and safety glasses. The only PPE you need to provide are steel-toed boots; all other PPE will be provided during orientation.
