Description:
Qualified candidate must have a minimum of 3-5 years’ experience as an industrial electrical experience.
Able to read blueprints
Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical issues and make repairs to manufacturing equipment
Document repairs and maintain machine history logs
Able to work in various types of extreme conditions (hot temperatures, tight quarters, ladders, lifts, etc.)
Inventory methods and purchase orders
SAP & Requisitions
Must be able to work overtime and “On Call” when necessary
Other duties as deemed by supervisor
2 years’ minimum of industrial Electrical experience
Possess basic Machine Shop education and/or experience
Knowledge of hydraulic pneumatic and various other mechanic systems
Possess hand tools that are in safe working order (specialty tools will be provided)
Proficient computer knowledge required
Computer Maintenance Manager System (CMMS) knowledge preferred
Pay: $28-$33/hr.
Shift: 2-2-3 Schedule- NIGHT SHIFT 7:30p-7:30a
Additional Skills & Qualifications:
Currently seeking an experienced Electrical Technician
Candidate must be able to perform the following responsibilities:
Perform precision mechanical and electrical calibrations, and repairs to industrial machinery in a “Test Bench” environment.
Perform troubleshooting and repair of instrumentation, controls, and electrical/electronic equipment in “Emergency Breakdown” situations and as directed through the “Work Order” system.
Specify, design, and install circuits and/or instrumentation to solve specific needs or problems.
The expectation at this level is that the Technician requires little or no supervision and is able to handle a shift by themselves, without the need for additional assistance more than an average of 1 instance per month.
Aspire to continually improve your skills through “on the job” and self-directed training.
Must be computer literate, including a working knowledge of MS Office applications.
Must be capable of diagnosing basic PLC and/or Robotic communications, including the uploading and downloading of programs.
Must be self directed and self-learning.
Must be able to utilize their own experience, troubleshooting skills, and research skills to handle the vast majority of breakdowns, failures, and calibrations, without additional support.
Perform other duties assigned by supervisor.
Will be tested on wiring motors and inverters.

Required: 2 years Community College degree, Technical Trade School certificate, Military Training, or equivalent formal education, this education must be in an electrical or electronics discipline
