Job Description
We are looking for a self-motivated, mechanically inclined, responsible and safety-oriented individual that will follow the work order system in performing mechanical repairs and electrical troubleshooting on CNC forming equipment, hydro formers, tube mill machines, water pumps, wash tanks, robot welders, manual cutters, and manual welders.

We are looking for a self-motivated mechanically inclined, responsible and safety-oriented individual that will follow our work order system in preforming mechanical repairs and electrical troubleshooting on CNC forming equipment, robot welders, manual cutters and manual welders.
Main Duties And Responsibilities
Ensure operation of machinery and mechanical equipment by completing preventive and corrective maintenance requirements. Equipment and tools include Motors, gearboxes, hydraulic systems, pneumatic systems, coupling and motor alignment, boilers, and production equipment.
Locate sources of problems by observing mechanical devices in operation; listening for problems; and using precision measuring tools.
Learn and apply standard tools and techniques to solve problems.
Remove defective parts by dismantling devices using; hoists, cranes, hand and power tools.
Maintain a safe and clean working environment by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations.
Light building maintenance.
Knowledge of CNC benders and formers.
Welding Tig, Mig, and Fabrication knowledge and skills required.
Must have a flexible schedule, willing to work 2 nd shift, weekends, and overtime.
Qualifications
Must have your own tool box and hand tools.
5-10 years of equipment mechanical and electrical troubleshooting repairs.
Willingness to work weekends and overtime.
Steady work history.
High school diploma required.
Basic knowledge of machine shop manual equipment.
Knowledge of equipment safety.
