Billing Clerk

Adecco is currently assisting a great client in their search for a Billing Clerk in Powder Springs, GA.
Type: 40hrs/wk. Contract
Start Date: Within two to three weeks.
Location: Off Hwy 278 at Florence Road in Powder Springs, GA. Please make sure this commute works for you prior to applying.
Pay: $$ 22.00 to $ 22.00
Length: Long Term
Hours : 7:30-4:30
Responsibilities for the Billing Clerk role include:
Supports service leaders through the creation and interpretation of business reports
Collects, validates, inputs, and reconciles service data into system applications
Communicates effectively with customers and other team members
Responsible for reviewing and receiving purchase orders
Ensures material and labor costs are posted to correct work order in a timely manner
Coordinates payroll activities for Service
Ensure technicians post their time daily
Reviews billing backlog and coordinates with managers, technicians, customers, and warranty claims.
Process maintenance contract billing
Review service tickets and perform the invoicing process for internal and customer applications
Sets-up service agreements in system application based on transition documents
Qualifications for this Billing Clerk role:
Completed High School Diploma or GED.
Must have excellent attendance.
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
Excellent data entry skills.
Able to showcase organizational and time management skills.
Pay Details: $22.00 per hour
