Packaging Operations Startup Leader

Adecco is seeking a detail-oriented and efficient Packaging Operations to join our client’s team in Hartswell, Ga. This role offers competitive compensation ( $ 80.88 ) over a 3-month contract period.

Work Schedule: M-F 8am-5pm

Primary Responsibilities:

· Support E2E with project team coaching, scope development, risks, and key milestone identification.

· Align external partners to NPE expectations and enforce requirements and standards.

· Lead identification of operational requirements and success criteria development.

· Provide input to and track operational budget and operational deliverables in project schedule.

· Track progress of development and implementation of Key Standard Routines, ME documentation, TPM and 5S.

· Ensure successful startup and smooth transition to operations.

Qualifications:

· Bachelor’s degree with 3 years change management, business analysis and project management experience in a manufacturing, industrial, military, or related environment OR Associate degree with 5 years of project management, change management, and/or business analysis experience in a manufacturing, industrial and/or military environment

· Preferred: 1 years’ experience in early management, operations, and/or a startup environment.

· PMP or equivalent Project Management Professional certification

Pay Details: $80.88 per hour
