Work as a Waste Management Technician for on-site customer operations. Requires thorough knowledge of and ability to apply RCRA (Resource Conservation & Recovery Act of 1976), DOT, and EPA regulations related to the packaging, transportation, and disposal of hazardous waste.

Location: Ellabell, GA

Pay: $19-$20hr DOE

Responsibilities:

Coordinate the pickup, transport, loading, and unloading of customer waste using forklifts and other necessary equipment on-site.

Prepare hazardous waste shipments for off-site recycling or disposal.

Must consistently work safely, striving for zero incidents or accidents.

Understand and comply with all rules and regulations specific to the customer site, as well as company policies and guidelines.

Responsible for preparing and verifying the accuracy of all paperwork associated with hazardous waste shipping.

Qualifications:

High School Diploma or equivalent

Physical ability to tilt or move 800 lb. drums onto a dolly.

Must pass company physical and drug screening tests.

May require the use of safety equipment and precautions, Daily exposure to fumes, dirt, noise, and hazardous chemicals.
