Responsibilities

What Youll Do:

This position shall provide primary supply support to the OSDS CDMT IAW AFI 23 series instructions, technical order 00-20-3 and other applicable Government instructions and specifications governing supply support and repair cycle asset management. The following are some sub tasks that are not all-inclusive but provides the Contractor with types of support required by the supply technician: Maintain stock / accounting records and other documents such as inventory, materiel control, accounting, and supply reports. Shall support supply research and resolve material delays to production efforts. Will be capable of moving received and turn in items to and from base supply and the transportation management office to facilitate depot tasking support. Process and track deliveries shipped both via Government and commercial supply or transportation channels.

Minimum Qualifications

Education:

High School Diploma or Equivalent

Experience:

Minimum 0-1 years of direct experience in related field.

Good working knowledge of the USAF supply systems, programs, policies, nomenclature, work methods, manuals, or other established guidelines

Understanding of the needs of the organization serviced

Skills & Technology Used

Analytical Thinking & Problem Solving:

Analytical ability to define or recognize the dimension of the problems involved, to collect the necessary data to establish the facts, and to take or recommend action based upon application or interpretation of established guidelines.

Business Partner/Effective Communicator:

English language skills to communicate.

Strong communicator must be able to communicate clearly both in writing and orally.

Customer service oriented, detail focused, pro-active behavior, multi-task capability.

Software:

Government supply systems to include FedLog, Integrated Logistics System Supply

Microsoft Office Suite

Excel

Outlook

SharePoint

Office and Industrial (Hangar and Flight line) areas

Personal computer, printer, copy machine and other general office equipment.

The following salary is intended to display the value of the company’s base pay compensation and may be modified at the discretion of the company.

Florida Salary: $52,644.80

The salary provided is intended to display the value of the company’s base pay compensation for locations in the Okaloosa county within the state of Florida.
