We are looking for qualified individuals to become a part of our office recruiting team.

Purpose:

Join the Interim Healthcare team as a Recruiter. In this role, you will connect exceptional candidates with our values, conduct interviews, manage onboarding, perform background checks, and represent us at job fairs. If you are a proactive communicator passionate about fostering an inclusive workplace, we want you to help shape our team!

Essential Duties:

Talent Discovery: Identify and engage top-tier candidates who resonate with our company’s values and culture.

Relationship Building: Cultivate strong connections with potential hires, ensuring a warm and welcoming candidate experience.

Collaborate & Innovate: Partner with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop new job descriptions as needed.

Interviewing Excellence: Conduct thorough interviews that assess candidates skills while showcasing our company’s mission and culture.

Onboarding: Facilitate a seamless onboarding process, making new hires feel valued and integrated from day one.

Background Checks: Perform comprehensive background checks to ensure candidates meet our hiring standards and compliance requirements.

Job Fairs & Recruiting Events: Represent our organization at job fairs and recruiting events to attract and engage potential candidates.

Data Management: Maintain accurate records in our applicant tracking system and provide regular reports on recruitment metrics.

Required Qualification:

Associates degree or equivalent years of training or work experience.

One-year experience in healthcare, temporary help or related industry.

Preferred Qualifications:

Bachelors Degree

Two Years Recruiting Experience

Salary/Hourly Rate:

Hourly

Working Conditions:

Standard use of work station

Repetitive use of keyboard

Frequent bending and standing

Occasional Traveling for Recruiting/Marketing
