Busser

Job Summary

The Busser is responsible for clearing, cleaning and setting tables in a restaurant setting and running food to tables and staying in communication with the Servers and Kitchen to ensure serice in a timely manner.

Responsibilities

QUALIFICATIONS:

Works closely with Servers and Kitchen staff.

Handles basic issues and problems and refers more complex issues to higher-level staff.

F&B experience is helpful.

Oral communication skills.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Clears dish or glassware from tables during service.

Cleans and sets tables in between guests.

Maintains cleanliness of the dining area.

Stocks service areas and assists waitstaff as needed.

Delivers food to guests and may assists with any requests.
