Responsibilities

– Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat, providing prompt and accurate information.

– Process invoices, payments, and account reconciliations in a timely manner.

– Assist customers with billing issues, discrepancies, and account inquiries, ensuring resolution.

– Maintain accurate records of financial transactions and customer interactions.

– Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and ensure smooth processing of accounts.

– Prepare and generate financial reports as needed for management and clients.
