We are seeking a highly organized and experienced individual to oversee all aspects of production operations. This role requires a balance between day-to-day management and long-term strategic planning to ensure that safety, quality, and production goals are consistently met. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing supervisor teams across multiple shifts, driving continuous improvement, and planning for future growth within the heavy equipment manufacturing industry.
YOUR IMPACT
Oversees plant production by observing activity and setting standards to ensure production and quality needs are met
Conducts meetings and discussions pertainingtocontinuous improvement in responsible areas
Ensure all safety and quality metrics are maintained and exceeded across production lines.
Resolves disagreements with people to improve attitudes and promote cooperation
Creates and maintains budgets, approves expenditures, and manages operations keeping within budgets
Direct Team Coordinators and Team Reps to foster employee involvement process
Calculate manpower requirements to meet production demands, ensuring the right allocation of resources.
Develop and execute plans for overtime and any special projects as required.
Work with supervisors to assess their needs, provide guidance, and support their professional development.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelors degree in business, supply chain, or a related field
Eight plus years of related work experience
STANDOUT QUALIFICATIONS
Proven experience balancing day-to-day operations and longer-term planning in a production setting.
Strong background in manufacturing operations, preferably within heavy equipment.
Demonstrated leadership in managing large teams across multiple shifts.
Experience with manpower planning, safety, and quality control.
Ability to develop supervisors and managers through hands-on coaching and mentoring.
Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with both teams and leadership.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Pay Range:
$102,800.00 – $176,800.00
The above pay range reflects the minimum and maximum target pay for the position across all U.S. locations. Within this range, individual pay is determined by various factors, including the scope and responsibilities of the role, the candidates experience, education and skills, as well as the equity of pay among team members in similar positions.
