[[Duties/Responsibilities:

– Administrative work assisting with coordination of the Housing Choice Voucher (HCV) program and related housing assistance programs in accordance with existing Housing and Urban Development (HUD) regulations and guidelines.
– Determine the initial and on-going eligibility of program participants and
– Prepare and submit all required paperwork and supporting documentation in accordance with governing regulations.
– Conduct housing quality inspections.

– Graduation from an accredited four-year high school (Associates Degree in Public or Business Administration, social services, or related field preferred);
– Considerable experience working with individuals from a variety of socio-economic backgrounds;
– Considerable knowledge of federally assisted housing programs;
– Sufficient strength and agility to perform the physically demanding aspects of the job in a variety of weather conditions;
– Thorough knowledge of housing weatherization and energy assistance;
– Good organizational, interpersonal, and decision-making skills;
– Any equivalent combination of education and/or experience.
– Valid TN drivers license.
