Position/Title:  Administrative Assistant

Hours:  Part-time/25-32 hrs.-weekly

Reports To:  Executive Director

Purpose:  To record and maintain all transactions of the trips, classes, activities, memberships etc. of the Urbana Champaign County Senior Center as well as other duties as assigned.

Duties Include:

Sustain memberships (new and renewal)

– Create welcome bags for new memberships

Maintain My Senior Center

– Issue my senior center cards to members
– Input, maintain, and change member information

Maintain/Record mailing lists, donations, memorials, monthly activity sheets, current board member information

Promote, receive and record payments for all trips, classes, memberships, specials, etc.

Correspond with Urbana Daily Citizens for “Senior Corner”
