WHO YOU ARE
You are an experienced
Corporate Facilities Technician
with at least one (1) year of general maintenance experience. Overall, youre responsible for completing work orders in a timely manner by performing repair and maintenance services. as needed. as well as maintaining curb appeal of the corporate office.

– Perform repair and maintenance services
– Maintain safe conditions and curb appeal throughout the property
– Deliver the highest level of service to residents and guests
