NCI is a growing local business in need of administrative/front desk support in a fast-paced environment.
Reception/Front desk support to include:
– Greet visitors and direct them to the appropriate departments or individuals
– Answer telephones and respond to inquiries via telephone or email
– Book meeting rooms, set up conference calls and take messages and minutes during meetings
– Perform administrative tasks, including filing and photocopying
– Write emails, memos and letters
– Implement and/or develop office procedures and record system
– Handle walk-in customers, and perform some sales functions and cash drawer balancing
Required skills should include:
Customer interface experience
Ability to multi-task
Effective communication skills
Operate in a team environment
