Location : The ideal candidate will live within 50 miles of one of our pulse point locations and will work on a hybrid work model (1-2 days per week in the office). (National 50 necessity)

The Business Analyst III is responsible for analyzing pharmacy benefit coding systems against business criteria.
The primary focus is to work on a quality review with a diverse scope in which the analysis of data requires evaluation in comparison to system findings and per department policies and procedures. Provides written and/or verbal feedback to peers and/or internal stakeholders. Collaboratively identifies areas of pharmacy plan-build improvement with other departments to ensure plan-build accuracy. Responsible for driving service quality excellence by evaluating the accuracy of a pharmacy plan build. Serves as a subject matter expert on pharmacy benefits and pharmacy coding system setup.

Perform pharmacy benefit quality reviews for multiple lines of business, functions, and systems.
Recognize, analyze, and design solutions to address complex and varied business needs.
Analyze and interpret data and make recommendations for change based on pharmacy operations procedures, system requirements, judgment, and experience.
Minimum Requirements:
Requires a BA/BS and minimum of 5 years business analysis experience; or any combination of education and experience which would provide an equivalent background.
Preferred Qualifications, Skills, and Experiences:
CPhT is preferred.
Pharmacy plan benefit coding and/or pharmacy plan quality review experience strongly desired.
Pharmacy operations experience preferred.
An in-depth understanding of pharmacy benefit design preferred.
Demonstrated success in training and in a team lead position strongly desired.
Ability to consistently exceed expectations for quality, timeliness, and data accuracy metrics desired.
Knowledge of systems capabilities, and business operations; including internal systems, Excel, Word, Visio, Outlook, PowerPoint, MS Teams, SharePoint, JIRA, and Salesforce is strongly preferred.
Facilitation, with impressive oral and written communication highly desired.
Experience with reporting and analytics desired.
