The team you will be a part of

The Brand Management team promotes and maintains the brand image at local, national or international levels. Coordinates marketing strategies, including packaging, pricing, expense budgets, advertising and promotion of the brand. Develops associated advertising campaigns for the brand.

This role in summary

The Digital Brand Marketing Manager will lead and accelerate delivery of human-centered brand experiences focused on shoppers of our laundry products across our owned digital channels. This role aims to build and strengthen consumer relationships, improve perception of our brands, increase conversion through the path to purchase stages of the Consumer Decision Journey (CDJ).

Your responsibilities will include

Be the in-house expert in the consumer insights and marketplace trends impacting digital shopper expectations – informed by new and existing sources.

Work in partnership with Direct to Consumer (D2C) Sales & Brand teams to increase meaningful differentiation (e.g. non-price based value props) in order to deliver the best possible shopping experience at our branded websites to new and recurring customers.

Support design and delivery of enhancements to the laundry shopping experience at all stages of the CDJ (i.e. Initial Consideration, Active Evaluation, and Moment of Purchase), ensuring consistent use of Digital Design System (DDS) and adherence to Brand Strategy.

Own and/or support the Shopper-focused Initiatives on the Digital Consumer Experience (CX) Roadmap; Build and refine its backlog and lead the learning plan to close knowledge gaps to inform priorities

Own the digital execution of sales promotions, brand campaigns, new product launch, and Maintenance of Business (MOB) projects for the laundry product categories.

Assess and optimize the effectiveness of Shopper-facing content – providing feedback loops back to Brand Teams and closing content gaps to enhance shopping experience.

Lead the development of current-state and future-state journey maps and other artifacts to drive empathy and consumer/shopper-centricity across teams.

Contribute thought leadership to annual planning (i.e. Brand Planning)

Minimum requirements

Bachelor degree

6 years of experience in digital/brand marketing, agency (digital focus) or digital products

Preferred skills and experiences

Bachelor degree in design, marketing, advertising, communication, business, business management, public relations, or any other related field

Knowledge of Adobe Experience Manager (AEM), Authoring, Figma, Adobe Analytics and Jira

Experience working with and managing external vendor and agency relationships

Experience working with Front/Back end web developers (agile process, product ownership, etc)

Ability to simplify the complex in a way that is compelling for stakeholders

Consumer-centric, insight-led, and naturally curious with a sense for solving problems that others may not realize exist and a desire to push beyond the status quo

Ability to adapt quickly to a changing environment, overcome challenges, and manage multiple priorities and stakeholders

Strong strategic and analytical mindset, excellent critical thinking, sound judgment and effective decision-making ability

Strong interpersonal and communication skills: highly collaborative with ability to build solid working partnerships across functional groups

Self-starter, works with minimal oversight
