Job Description: We are looking for a Bilingual (Spanish-English) Customer Service Agent to join our team at a company in Fremont, MI. This is a 2nd shift position, perfect for those who prefer afternoon and evening hours. If you are fluent in both languages and have a passion for helping customers, we want to hear from you! The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to handle customer inquiries efficiently and professionally.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist customers in both English and Spanish via phone, email, and in-person inquiries.
Provide accurate information regarding products, services, and policies.
Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely and courteous manner.
Process orders, returns, and exchanges, ensuring accuracy.
Maintain records of customer interactions and transactions.
Collaborate with other departments to resolve customer concerns.
Requirements:
Fluent in both Spanish and English (written and spoken).
Previous customer service experience preferred.
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.
Verification of High School Diploma or GED.
Reliable transportation to the worksite in Fremont, MI.
Pay Details: $15.00 per hour
