General Laborer (1st and 2nd Shift)
We are seeking reliable and motivated General Laborers to join our team in Mattydale, NY. The ideal candidate will be comfortable working with hand tools, performing physical tasks, and assisting with general labor duties. You will be responsible for trimming plastic molds, lifting and moving materials, and contributing to various production tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
Use hand tools to trim and finish plastic molds with precision.
Perform general labor tasks, including lifting, carrying, and moving materials up to 35 pounds.
Assist with assembly, production, and quality control processes as needed.
Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
Follow safety procedures and guidelines at all times.
Requirements:
Comfortable with repetitive tasks and standing for extended periods.
Ability to lift and carry up to 35 pounds.
Basic experience with hand tools and general labor duties.
Strong attention to detail and ability to work efficiently.
Steel-toe shoes are required for safety.
Team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Shifts Available:
1st Shift: 5:00 AM – 2:30 PM
2nd Shift: 3:00 PM – 11:30 PM
Preferred Qualifications:
Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment is a plus but not required.
Basic understanding of safety protocols and proper tool handling.

Pay: $16.00/$16.50 per hour
