DESCRIPTION OF WORK

This role entails executing various administrative tasks for the Hills Creek Complex. Key responsibilities encompass managing purchasing activities, conducting budget and financial analyses, overseeing seasonal clerical staff, and ensuring accountability for incoming revenue and visitor services. Additionally, this position includes backup responsibilities in human resources, payroll management, and timekeeping functions.

Work Schedule and Additional Information:

– Full-time employment
– Work hours are 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM, Monday – Friday, with 30-minute lunch.
– Salary:In some cases, the starting salary may be non-negotiable.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE, TRAINING & ELIGIBILITY

QUALIFICATIONS

– Minimum Experience and Training Requirements:
– Such training as may have been gained through graduation from a four year college or university; or
– Any equivalent combination of experience and training.
– Applicants will be considered to have met the educational requirements once they are within 3 months of graduating with a qualifying degree.

Other Requirements:

You must be able to perform essential job functions.
