Our client is a biotech manufacturer looking to hire! This company is searching for a full cycle AP Specialist who is familiar with Netsuite and Bill.com.

LOCATION: 100% onsite in Newark

SCHEDULE: Monday – Friday, 40 hours

TYPE: Contract(potential for conversion)

PAY: $37-$42/hour Depending on experience

Responsibilities

The responsibilities include entering invoices, vouching valid payables for payment, processing a weekly check run, researching PO/invoice issues and following up on un-invoiced receipts

He/She will also be responsible for ensuring a timely and accurate performance of financial close activities for the AP function each month

Processes accounts payable invoices validating quantities, prices, extensions, discounts and sales tax

Also ensure proper coding of new invoices processed

Reconciles receiving and price related discrepancies with vendors and/or purchase order owners and Purchasing departments

Leads the weekly process of cash disbursements including the preparation of ACH, wire and check batches

Accounts Payable (2 years of experience is required)

Netsuite (2 years of experience is required)

Bill.com (1 year of experience is required)

Purchase Orders (2 years of experience is required)

Vendor Management (2 years of experience is required)

Account Reconciliation (1 year of experience is required)
