Manage the Regional Capex, MRO, Logistics and Facilities management categories, including development for the allocated categories and region to ensure best value for CSL while managing risk and maintaining compliance insourcing practices. Support and build projects within U.S. region on time and in budget. Support regional sourcing or bid activities, lead regional sourcing projects with partners of the CSL Group and with important vendors. Develop and implement annual action plans for relevant categories based on the Procurement Strategy and other relevant business strategies within the company to ensure clear goals and action plans resulting in the reduction of the total cost of ownership and risk, while increasing innovation, customer service, compliance, and quality. Improve value from the regional category(s) by defining and implementing category management. Plan tasks, assign resources, manage progress, remove barriers, manage change, resolve conflict, and motivate team members across multiple projects concurrently. Lead complex business negotiations with major important suppliers and provide advice for regional sourcing. Monitor supply performance goals and conduct regular operational reviews following Procurements governance processes with supporting reporting from the Centre of Excellence to meet agreed standards. Lead employees within the Procurement organization, including long-term talent development, succession planning and performance managing with a focus on supporting employees to exceed performance expectations while demonstrating CSL Values. Build professional relationships with senior team members and senior external executives within large vendors to deliver upon Procurements goals. Lead Regional transformation projects and continuous improvement plans to ensure the delivery of targeted benefits. May work from home.
