Job Description

The Supply Chain Onboarding Associate is responsible for supporting the full life cycle of the supplier vetting and compliance process for AGS MSP customers. The Supply chain Onboarding Associate will work with multiple AGS departments which include Implementation, FBS, Client Delivery, GBS and Risk and Compliance.  Supply Chain Onboarding Associates are assigned multiple programs and must be able to support the programs in many different capacities.

Responsibilities:

Support the implementation and steady state vetting of new and existing programs by facilitating the full lifecycle of supplier vetting process, including distribution of contracts for signature and collection/verification of program required documentation for compliance; facilitate communications between contracts manager and supplier to resolve any contract or documentation related issues

Collect and analyse supplier financial statements to determine the financial stability of the organization and make recommendations to Supply Chain Management and Client Delivery to address high risk suppliers.

Collect and validate program specific documentation based on the Master Service Agreement (MSA).

Set up & maintain tracking reports to provide implementation and client delivery teams visibility into the status of various supplier vetting items that are required to complete the supplier compliance and onboarding process.

Maintain and manage all supplier documents in HICX. Ensuring all supplier documents are up to date as required.

Provide customer support for suppliers and other teams as needed to ensure suppliers are vetted efficiently and timely.

Facilitate meetings with suppliers and internal AGS teams to assist with any questions or challenges with the vetting process or collection of required documents.

Conduct quarterly audits to ensure all supplier points of contact are updated and accurate in SCM tool (HICX)

Maintain a 90% or greater Supplier Compliance by expected Go-Live for all priority and highest headcount suppliers.

 

Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree Business, or related major or equivalent business experience (preferred).

Must have strong technical, organizational and communication skills (both written and verbal).

Attention to detail and passion for quality.

Must have strong problem-solving capabilities, strong analytical skills, and flexibility to handle multiple tasks concurrently.

Ability to successfully interact with Customer and Supplier representatives alike with tact and confidence.

Compensation

 

Per Pay Transparency Acts: The range for this position is $40,000- $45,000 bonus potential of up to $4,000.
