Overview

TheDirectorIT Infrastructure and Data Centerwill lead a team of resources responsible for deliveringcompany-wide and corporate data center infrastructures. This position willbe responsible forall SLA’s related to global server/network availability/performance, data centerand cloudmanagement (production and business continuity), physical and logical securitymanagement. This position willbe responsible formanaging all resources andutilizingstandard employee development processesproviding comprehensive performance reviews in line with company policies. This position will alsobe responsible fordefining andestablishingthe underlying organizational structure to fulfill theobjectivesand responsibilities listed below.

This position operates in a hybrid schedule (two days in the office and three days from home) and can be based from any Breakthru Beverage office.

Responsibilities

Responsible for enterprise data center (both cloud and on-premise environments), day-to-day support and network/server capacity management plans by monitoring demand, forecasting future usage, documenting gaps and estimating network and data center capacity upgrade

Accountable for systems and data center services staff results by communicating job expectations; planning,monitoringand appraising job results; coaching,counseling,and developing associates;initiating,coordinatingand enforcing systems,policiesand standard operating procedures (SOPs)

Managesthe data center and network recovery process by providing advice on infrastructure deficiencies and managing Disaster Recovery activities related to enterprise network and data center technologies

Directs Systems Administrators and SystemsAnalyst by managing their activities

Other duties, as assigned by the jobholder’s supervisor, may also be required.

Qualifications

3 years management and leadership of large and decentralized teamof internal and 3rdparty resources

8years Technical Support in a highly automated ERP environment

7 years managingdata centersin virtualenvironments (VMware preferred)

3 years managingcloud-basedinfrastructure andnetworks

Demonstrated ability to implement and support multiple technologystacks

Demonstrated leadership experience in implementinghighly availableand high performing globalnetworks

Demonstrated experience in bringing data together from disparate systems to drive actionable insights for functionalleadership

Demonstrated leader with the ability toidentify, resolve and execute initiatives and support across functional ITdepartments

Demonstrated ability toeffectivelymanage technicalvendors

Ability to guide technicalresources

Undergraduate degree in information science related field or equivalent experience

Familiarity with information security vulnerabilities and risk management

Preferred Qualifications:

Technical experience using Microsoft Active Directory Services, Microsoft Exchange Server, Microsoft IIS, Firewalls, Cisco Routers and switches, VPN Solutions and Systems Management Software

Knowledge of Windows products, network operations, PC troubleshooting techniques and application troubleshooting techniques are highlydesired

Microsoft Azure or other cloud certifications

PMP, TOGAF, ITIL certifications a plus

Solid understanding of interdependenciesacross technology platforms a plus

Alcohol Beverage sales distribution a plus

Advanced information science or business degree a plus

Formal Quality Program Management and Methodology experience a plus

Physical Requirements:

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to, stand, sit; talk, hear, and use hands and fingers to operate a computer and telephone

Competencies:

People management responsibility for pay reviews, performance management, training, and resource planning.

Requires conceptual thinking to understand complex issues and their implications, where sufficient information may not be available.
