Washington State Department of Transportation (WSDOT) is seeking to fill a Highway Maintenance Worker 2 vacancy located in Bingen, WA. This position will be responsible for maintaining the rest areas and their infrastructure to ensure the safe and efficient movement of goods, services, and people throughout the region. This position will perform janitorial services of facilities and grounds, sanitation, and garbage collection/disposal. In addition, the successful candidate will be responsible for a variety of activities such as pavement repair and maintenance, roadway safety feature repair and maintenance, snow, and ice control, and will respond to emergencies on the transportation system during all weather and hours.
