Job Title: Warehouse Operator

Job Description

Recording shipment data, including weight, charges, and space availability

Receiving, unpacking materials/supplies and reporting damages and discrepancies for accounting

Completing shipping and receiving reports

Arrange transfer of materials to meet production schedules; examine material to verify type specified for current project; and compute amount of material needed for specific job orders

Inputting materials and data into the SAP system

Organizing the inventory to standard

Move parts and assemblies within or between various buildings in accordance with Facility manager or facility staff engineer prioritie

Inspects and verifies incoming goods against invoices or other documents, records shortages and rejects damaged goods

Accepts or returns merchandise according to established company procedures. Calculates prices according to guidelines, and affixes bar codes, prices, and security tags as necessary.

Operate forklift, hand truck or other equipment to load, unload, transport and store materials and finished products

Maintains internal record-keeping system.
