The Team Lead is responsible for overseeing daily production operations in a skincare manufacturing facility. This role ensures adherence to GMP and SOP standards, maintaining high-quality production processes, efficiency, and compliance with regulatory requirements. The Team Lead will manage a team of production workers, monitor performance, and drive continuous improvement efforts.

salary: $17 – $18 per hour

work hours: 8 AM – 5 PM

Responsibilities

1. Production Management

Lead and oversee the day-to-day production activities to meet production goals and timelines.

Ensure efficient operation of equipment and processes, identifying any inefficiencies or issues.

Coordinate with cross-functional teams such as Quality Assurance, Maintenance, and Supply Chain to ensure seamless operations.

2. Team Leadership & Supervision

Supervise, mentor, and coach production staff, promoting a positive work environment and teamwork.

Assign tasks and monitor the performance of production employees to meet established targets.

Conduct performance reviews, provide feedback, and address any disciplinary issues or conflicts.

3. GMP & SOP Compliance

Ensure all production processes comply with GMP guidelines and SOPs, adhering to regulatory and safety standards.

Monitor and enforce proper hygiene, sanitation, and documentation practices.

Regularly review and update SOPs in collaboration with the Quality department to ensure up-to-date and relevant guidelines.

8. Documentation & Reporting

Maintain accurate and timely production records, including batch records, production reports, and quality control documentation.

Track production metrics such as yield, downtime, and output to provide reports to management.

Ensure all documentation is completed in accordance with GMP requirements and is audit-ready.
