Job Title: Global HR Manager

Location: Hybrid (1 day required in-office, Ft. Lauderdale, FL)

Job Type: Part-Time (16 hours per week)

Compensation: $75 – $85 per hour

Job Description:

We are seeking a strategic and experienced Global HR Manager to join our team in a hybrid role, working 16 hours per week. This position will focus on managing HR functions across our international operations while ensuring compliance with local regulations and fostering a positive workplace culture.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement global HR strategies aligned with organizational goals.

Oversee recruitment, talent management, and employee relations across various regions.

Ensure compliance with local labor laws and company policies.

Provide guidance and support to regional HR teams and management.

Analyze HR metrics to drive decision-making and improve workforce effectiveness.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field; Master’s degree or HR certification preferred.

5 years of experience in HR management, with a focus on global HR practices.

Strong communication and leadership skills.

Proficient in HRIS and Microsoft Office Suite.
