Platemaker

Qualifications:

Demonstrated record of meeting or exceeding standards for safety, quality, and productivity

Must have 2 years minimum experience in printing, platemaking or equivalent technical education or experience

Ability to effectively communicate business issues with leadership, maintenance, and press crews

Must have good problem-solving skills

Must be self-motivated and able to work independently

Must be able to work all shifts

Basic math skills

Ability to operate advanced computer controls

Ability to perform essential functions of the job

Able to work in a fast-paced environment

Ability to effectively maintain raw materials inventory
