Hyster-Yale Materials Handling, Inc, a world-class manufacturer of industrial lift trucks, has an outstanding opportunity for an exceptional and talented Inventory Integrity Analyst I-II (on-site) based at our Berea, KY location.

What you will do:

Resolve discrepancies in inventory records.

Monitor the effectiveness of corrective actions to ensure proper inventory usage and related transactions.

Audit data and verify the accuracy of PRMS system records.

Communicate identified discrepancies to supervisors.

Investigate and analyze recurring inventory inaccuracies to identify root causes. Collaborate with functional area representatives to determine the causes of discrepancies.

Participate in meetings to discuss initiatives and introduce corrective actions to resolve discrepancies.

Who you are:

Skilled at identifying discrepancies and performing advanced root cause analysis.

Knowledgeable about PRMS Product Structure and Product Flow.

Proficient with computers, especially Excel, for data manipulation and analysis.

What you will need:

High School diploma required. College degree or specialized training in materials discipline preferred.

3-5 years of manufacturing experience, preferably in inventory or materials disciplines.

Skills, Experience, & Abilities:

Strong business and management skills.

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

Excellent written and oral communication skills, with the ability to interact with various levels of management.

Possess the technical knowledge required to be effective in this role.

Ability to investigate root causes, analyze data, identify corrective actions, and effectively communicate findings.

Must ensure timely execution of tasks using diplomacy and excellent communication skills to maintain inventory integrity.
