Job Description
Insight Global is seeking a Plant Manager to sit in Arizona. This position manages and oversees all operational and manufacturing activities for Clients Mexico facility generating a high volume of product output per month. This position is responsible for making decisions and recommendations to senior leadership that are authoritative and have far-reaching impact on operations and other activities in the company. Candidates will be the Liaison between Manufacturing Plant and Corporate for forecasting, finances, and plans impacting the facility. They will lead and manage the full manufacturing/assembly plant operation, production personnel and sales leaders to maximize monthly production and profits. Candidates will manage inventory levels versus forecast sales demands while driving lean manufacturing initiatives utilizing Kaizen, 5S, and other techniques. They will provide guidance to implement and improve ERP systems/procedures, production planning and general administrative workflow as well as other technologies to increase production and efficiencies.
Additional Responsibilities:
Annually budget for capital equipment, facilities, and new product introductions.
Full P&L responsibility for the Mexico operations.
Manage the facility including machinery maintenance, HVAC repair, utilities, etc.
Present quarterly operations review to senior management.
Salary: $170,000-$185,000

Skills and Requirements
- College degree with 10 years of professional experience with manufacturing supervision and plant operations.
- Experience operating in a Maquiladora environment.
- Spanish (native or bilingual) language
- Experience/ Compliant with Safety, 5S, ISO, and other corporate programs, initiatives and procedures
- Experience with a High Performing ERP System (Currently using Syteline)
- Experience utilizing Salesforce or another CRM for documentation
- P&L reporting experience - MBA preferred
- Plastic, aluminum extrusion, electronics and metals finishing experience null
