Title: Documentation Specialist Sr.
Duration: 12 months
Location: Columbus, OH, 43201
Shift: 8:00 AM – 5 PM
Primary Role:
Participate in a Quality Systems Remediation Program focused on creating high-quality written content with meticulous attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities:
Proofread, prepare, create, review, edit, and update Quality and Sanitation documents, including:
Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
Work/testing instructions
Understand and be aware of the quality consequences of improper job performance, including:
Chemical functionality
Cleaning practices relevant to assigned responsibilities
Exhibit professional behavior with internal business associates, positively reflecting the companys values and adhering to policies and practices.
Learn complex concepts and communicate information in an engaging and understandable manner for users.
Comply with established sanitation and compliance policies in all duties.
Adapt quickly to changes in the industry, adjusting responsibilities, time, and objectives as necessary.
Documentation and Record Keeping:
Prepare, edit, file, and assemble various documentation, including:
Forms
SOPs
Records
Correspondence
Maintain a systematic filing system (numerical, alphabetical, chronological, or by subject).
Responsible for file maintenance and record keeping, including locating and removing file materials upon request.
Qualifications:
3-5 years of experience in a related science of manufacturing.
Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.
Knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and food manufacturing standards.
