Marketing Strategy Associate

Embark on an exciting journey as our Marketing Associate where you will be responsible for developing, executing, and managing Engagement Marketing campaigns for Business Banking. In addition, you will run campaigns to ensure initiatives are on strategy, on time and within budget parameters.

As a Marketing Associate in our dynamic team, you will be tasked to support and collaborate with marketing managers to identify opportunities, efficiencies, campaign strategy, and the framework for measurement and reporting. In addition, you will work with the Product and Marketing Strategy Team, Segment and branch partners, Agencies for creative development and execution and legal and compliance for approval of all marketing content. You should be able to operate in a highly matrixed organization and collaborate across functions to develop and deliver innovative campaigns.

Job responsibilities:

Coordinate and collaborate with strategy partners on Engagement campaigns

Work with the internal creative agency and assist with creative development

Deliver a strong control environment and serve as the second set of eyes on final creative and other executional aspects for campaign management

Deliver campaigns and other programs

Optimize direct response marketing campaigns to improve results, create efficiencies and reduce costs

Strong focus on end-to-end customer experience, delivering exceptional customer experience overall, while also ensuring all the details of the experience are flawlessly executed

Launch multi-channel execution (from concept development to delivery) including working across multi-functional teams

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills:

2 years of experience; Proven track record in direct (print), email and/or digital marketing

Knowledge in Digital marketing such as: owned, earned and paid channels – broad executional knowledge of social, paid display, email, and website creative

Experience in a fast-paced environment, with strong skills in multi-tasking and prioritization

Ability to think strategically, but willingness to “roll up your sleeves” and help with the details of marketing project execution

High energy, solutions-oriented individual with the ability to run with multiple initiatives simultaneously, working well under pressure with tight deadlines

Strong relationship development and negotiating skills; able to earn respect and trust among internal and external business partners and team members

Team player with a positive, can-do attitude; must be comfortable with continuously changing opportunities and priorities

Excellent written and oral communication skills
