Job Title: Workday Delivery lead or Engagement Manager
Job Location: Chicago , IL/ Columbus , Ohio
Job Description : Capgemini is seeking Delivery Lead or Engagement Manager with strong experience in delivering Workday project
Responsibilities:
• Lead and manage Workday HR projects
• Build and Support new integration from and into Workday
• Oversee integrations, configuration, and data conversion activities.
• Develop project plans, schedules, and, ensuring adherence to scope and timelines
• Facilitate requirements gathering and translate business needs into technical specifications.
• Continually assess action items, risks and issue and dependencies and take ownership towards mitigation/resolution
• Facilitate meetings across cross-functional project teams, collaborate and coordinate with multiple
stakeholders within Workday ecosystem, other business teams and external vendors as well
• Manage stakeholder communications, and present project status updates
• Support user acceptance testing (UAT) and lead post-implementation support
Required skills:
• Bachelors Degree or equivalent experience required
• 8-10 years of relevant Workday HCM experience including experience leading HCM projects through various
workstreams
• Strong understanding of Workday and experience leading HCM Development projects end-to-end as well as post
go-live support
• Proficiency in MS Office including intermediate Excel skills (formulas, pivot tables, v-lookups)
• Strong attention to detail driving data integrity and accurate reporting
• Collaborative working style with the ability to communicate effectively with all levels of the organization
• Proven experience in Workday HR development projects
• Strong project management skills with experience in SDLC
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and risk management abilities.
• Experience with HR processes and tools such as JIRA is a plus
