We are actively recruiting for a recruiter for one of our confidential clients in the Cleveland area. This position will work to create and implement recruiting strategies. Salary: $60,000 – $80,000

Responsibilities:

Full cycle recruiting – job posting, candidate screening, interviewing, and onboarding

Creating recruiting strategies to help attract top candidates and to keep a pipeline of candidates

Creating commumity outreach plans to increase company brand exposure

Attending and conducting hiring events

Proven track record of succesfully recruiting for manufacturing/warehouse positions as well as coporate positions
