Position: Loan Services Specialist

Location: Brooklyn OH

Duration :4 months

Pay Rate: $23/hr on W2

We are looking for a Loan Services Specialist to join one of our Fortune 500 Banking clients.

Job Description:

Under direct supervision, the Specialist focuses on executing basic processing, quality verification, and routine operational tasks following defined procedures. Responsibilities include providing client support through telephone or written requests, processing commercial monetary transactions, performing loan maintenance, and ensuring compliance with policies and service agreements. The role involves accurate loan servicing system input, balancing, and related research, with an emphasis on delivering high-quality customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

Execute routine tasks and provide customer service for billing inquiries, service requests, and complaints.

Administer tasks related to retail banking, consumer lending, and small business banking.

Process monetary transactions, such as loan funding requests and balance general ledger entries.

Perform account maintenance, handle fee waivers, reapplication of payments, and system updates.

Conduct research on missing or misapplied payments and provide timely resolutions.

Review and action reports to ensure system integrity and minimize customer impact.

Assist with daily workload and support team members in completing assignments.

Participate in quarterly operational testing and adhere to defined processes.
