We are currently looking for a Channel Sales Manager to join us in our mission to save lives and prevent injuries.
Position Highlights:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Channel Sales Manager to develop and execute our chapter & channel sales strategy. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and expanding our network of channel partners to drive revenue growth and market penetration. The ideal candidate will be a motivated self-starter with a passion for building and nurturing partner relationships. You should be able to think strategically, adapt to changing market conditions, and drive results through indirect sales channels.
What You’ll Do:
Develop and implement channel sales strategies to achieve revenue targets
Identify, recruit, and onboard new channel partners to expand market reach
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing channel partners
Provide training, support, and resources to partners to enhance their sales effectiveness
Collaborate with marketing and product teams to create compelling value propositions for channel partners
Monitor and analyze channel sales performance, providing regular reports to management
Coordinate with other sales channels to avoid conflicts and maximize overall sales
Attend industry events and trade shows to network and expand the channel partner base
Negotiate contracts and close deals with channel partners
We’re Looking for Someone with:
Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field
5 years of experience in channel sales or partner management
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
Strong understanding of channel sales strategies and distributor management
Proficiency in CRM software and sales reporting tools
Strategic thinking and analytical skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Willingness to travel as required for partner management and sales events
This is a remote role
Salary for this role is $100,000 base with a sales performance plan
