Our Learning and Development Representative II is accountable for
assisting in the development and implementation of training strategies,
curriculum, platforms and supporting the Human Resources organizational
goals. The candidate will be responsible for coordinating and completing
all assigned personal development and training projects. The ideal
candidate is someone who has a learning and development and/or technical
electrical/mechanical background, is detail oriented, organized and
demonstrates strong interpersonal skills.
What Youll Do:
– Design, layout, coordinate and/or facilitate L&D learning events.
– Produce illustrations, videography and eLearnings for use in L&D
publications and learning events.
– Create and update training materials including but not limited to
classroom trainings, webinars, instructor led and computer-based
trainings as well as other learning events.
– Advise on and assist in determining training needs and curriculum.
– Create and write job aids.
– Stay apprised of the technological changes from the R&D/Engineering
Department affecting Provisur equipment and processes, and other
duties as assigned

What Youll Need:
– Bachelors degree from an accredited college or university in
teaching, human resources, sciences, graphics/illustrations,
technical trade field and/or equivalent certification.
– Technical and/or electrical knowledge and experience preferred.
– 2-5 years of equivalent experience in learning and development,
technical or electrical role and/or ability to demonstrate strong
aptitude in these areas.
– Proficient using Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
– Possess a technical background or show an aptitude to learn in the
areas of mechanical, hydraulic and electrical/electronics.
